The “Fire & Spice” Masala is not for the faint of heart. This masala is dominated by the heat of chili powder, but rounded out by the nuttiness of cumin, the floral and citrusy flavors of coriander, the piney flavor of fennel and the woody, earthy flavors of turmeric.
