Cooking instructions

Set burner on medium high heat.  Coat frying pan with a thin layer of olive oil to ensure beef or pork curry does not stick to pan.  When pan is heated up, put small portions of cubed beef or pork pieces into the grill pan and cook to desired temperature.  Transfer cooked beef or pork and then stir in coconut milk.
